From M40 (southbound)
Leave M40 at junction 14 signposted A452 to Leamington Spa. Follow the road until you come to a large main roundabout take 2nd exit following A452 (Europa Way). At next roundabout take 3rd exit onto Heathcote Lane. At next roundabout take 1st exit onto Hawkes Drive Once on Hawkes Drive look out for the large Maxi Haulage building on your left hand side. Oken Finance shares an entrance with Maxi Haulage. Turn into the drive and directly left. Oken Finance's offices can be found at the end of the office block on the first floor.

From M40 (northbound)
Leave M40 at junction 13 signposted A452 to Warwick/Leamington Spa. At T junction turn right. Follow the road until you come to a large main roundabout take 3rd exit following A452 (Europa Way). At next roundabout take 3rd exit onto Heathcote Lane. At next roundabout take 1st exit onto Hawkes Drive Once on Hawkes Drive look out for the large Maxi Haulage building on your left hand side.
